Garda Siaga is an emergency assistance service on the road for Garda Medika and Garda Oto customers. Garda Siaga has two types of service that operate 24 hours, namely Emergency Roadside Assistance (ERA) and the Emergency Medical Assistance (EMA).

EMERGENCY ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE (ERA)

Garda Siaga ERA is a 24-hour emergency assistance services in the form of three kinds of vehicle fleets including tow trucks, carrying cars, and motorcycles equipped with the latest technologies such as the use of hydraulic machines and better security. With a wide coverage area, Garda Siaga team is prepared to assist customers when you have an emergency such as a flat tire, the car door was locked from the inside, strike, even post accident.

Emergency assistance to overcome flat tire or low tire pressure that customers can not solve themselves, either due to a lack of equipment or security reasons that do not allow customers to get out of their car.

Battery Service

Emergency assistance to help customers who experience car breakdown on the road since the car engine cannot start because the battery is not functioning or broken.

Fuel Service

Emergency assistance to help customers who are running out of fuel on their way. By following the existing regulation, Garda Siaga’s team will provide the fuel so the customers can continue their journey.

Overheating Service

Emergency assistance to overcome problems in the engine cooling component when engine temperature rises to surpass safe limit that force the customers to stop before reaching their destination.

Electrical Service

Emergency assistance to help overcome electrical problems such as inactive headlamp when customers driving at night.

Power Train Service

Emergency assistance to help customers who are experiencing car breakdown due to problems in the transmission system and steering such as clutch problem or power steering issues.

Engine Service

Emergency assistance to help breakdown vehicles due to interference in the engine function as vehicle’s prime mover.

Brake Service

Emergency assistance to help breakdown vehicles due to interference in the braking function that could be fatal if the journey is continued.

Locksmith Service

Emergency assistance to help customers who left their car keys inside locked vehicles.

Garda Siaga ERA’s Service Exclude:

  • Locations that are not within the coverage areas
  • Costs associated with services at the auto shop
  • Replacement for damage spare part or components
  • The emergency is located at a riot or commotion
  • Car towing with weight / tonnage of more than three tons

EMERGENCY MEDICAL ASSISTANCE (EMA)

Garda Siaga EMA is an emergency assistance service that comes with ambulance and motorcycle units and paramedics to handle emergency situations experienced by customers of Garda Medika and Garda Oto. Currently, there are 22 EMA evacuation points around Jabodetabek area that are available to help customers 24 hours.

Customers who encounter emergency situations can call Garda Akses 1 500 112. Once the report is received, Garda Siaga’s staff will be launched to customer’s location to provide preliminary treatment.
